Return / Exchange Policy
All of our products are made to order. Our products are hand made so there are natural variations from one piece to another.
If you are not happy for any reason whatsoever we accept exchanges within 14 days after receipt. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable. All exchanges need to be professionally packed and in the same condition you received them. Items that do not meet these standards will be sent back to you at your cost. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Conditions of Use

If you visit or shop at the Catholic Milestones Online site, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. Catholic Milestones does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults who are permitted to purchase products with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use Catholic Milestones only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Catholic Milestones and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Catholic Milestones and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Catholic Milestones does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Catholic Milestones site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Catholic Milestones is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

As the Catholic Milestones site develops more functionality will be added. Acceptance of your order
Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we dispatch the product(s) or commencement of the services that you ordered from us. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm that we have shipped your order. All products that you order through the website will remain the property of Catholic Milestones until we have received payment in full from you for those products. If we cannot supply you with the product or service you ordered, we will not process your order, inform you of this in writing (including e-mail) and, if you have already paid for the product or service, refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.
International Delivery
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain international destinations. Catholic Milestones reserves the right to, but is not responsible for or required to, define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination. Catholic Milestones products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery.
Electronic Communications
When you visit the Catholic Milestones site or send e-mail to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the Catholic Milestones site. All items purchased from Catholic Milestones are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Catholic Milestones site or to products you purchase through Catholic Milestones shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Pricing
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. We do not have a currency converter in our store, but there are several Web sites that provide this service.
We do not have a price-matching policy. If an item's price has been incorrectly labelled on the Catholic Milestones site and the correct price is higher than our stated price, we--at our discretion--will either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Your use of the CATHOLIC MILESTONES site will be subject to the version of the Conditions of Use posted on this site at the time of such use.
