Hello and thank you for visiting our website and we hope your Lenten journey is a spiritual one full of prayer and reflection. We are proudly Catholic and Proudly Canadian.
We are always called to serve Him in our works and actions every day of the year, and of our lives. During this special season, we have found that making a special effort to attend not only Sunday mass but weekly masses is a beautiful way to a deeper spiritual life, to pray with your family, and be thankful for all of the wonderful blessings in our lives.
It was great meeting many of you at our booth at the craft and vendor sale this past Sunday in support of one our local elementary schools and children's hospital. We hope you enjoyed your experience and we are so glad that you took the time to visit our booth, meet our family and purchase some of our products. Thank you for making our experience a memorable one. Based on customer input we have added some products to our site and many of our products are on sale until Easter Monday April 17, 2017.
Our stone pocket rosaries sold out quickly. An especially popular item among the girls were the rose quartz stone rosary on rose pink cord along with a beautiful Eucharist medal. Upon holding and feeling the smooth natural stone, many of our customers fell in love with them. I find it had to put into words the experience of using natural stone on my rosary. Personally there is a deeper feeling of prayer in using a little piece of God's creation to pray the rosary, and in so doing walk with Jesus through events of His life in the mysteries.
We have placed a bulk order of stones and are pleased to offer stone pocket rosaries for $24 USD ($32 CDN) until Easter Monday. They are a customer favourite and make perfect gifts for First Communion and Confirmation. If there is anything that you are looking for, do not hesitate to leave us a message. We will be happy to help. When our children make their First Communion we have asked our parish priest to Bless their rosaries on the day of their First Communion
I am particularly humbled during this time of year, specifically during Holy Week, as I am reminded of the sacrifice that Jesus our Lord has made for us. In our family praying of scripture what stood out for me this week is that "Love covers a multitude of sins". The line lept off the page as it struck me that Jesus' unbounded and complete self gift is the love which has set us free. This week in our own parish, and parishes everywhere let's all make a special effort to visit with Jesus in the Sacrament of Confession.
Thank you and God Bless
Lina and Joseph
